Great stuff as always from Intellijel. I think every time they come up with something new, it's always interesting. One thing that makes me laugh though, is why people are obsessed (or is that 'interested') by lo-fi? Surely it's easier to simply buy old or bud equipment, rather than have the latest technology reproduce it? I guess everyone to their own. 😉

It seems that the Intellijel team is realy capable of making good things better. The ease of use versus complexity of function factor is always right, the modules that make sounds sound good, the build quality is ace……enough reasons for me to go on replacing older modules with Intellijell. Only thing I‘m missing from them is a versatile LPG.

Very nicely thought out module. Lack of normalization of CV inputs on my MI Veils drives crazy, so this is great for stereo sources. The new VCA standard? Yeah probably. Not sure what that little switch in the middle does though?

I wish MI veils had CV and input normals not just outputs and could normal behind the panel to a second copy like this. when I inevitably need more VCA's amps looks perfect <3

I‘d love to see a nice LPG from Intellijel, they have aready covered a lot of Buchla stuff with the Rubicon and the Quadrax…….

So , are we going to talk about the fact that this is the second video in less than two weeks that a 1u BLACK panel with wonderfully grey lettering is shown , but no one seem to have noticed? Because my extensive collection of Intellijel modules would love that.

Swapped out my quad VCA for two Amps. I really like to use it for panning effects and the polarity switch makes it very easy.

If there was one brand for me to have a complete system of. I reckon I’d choose intellijel

some, people will ask themselves "why get a dual VCA when i can get the quad VCA" and theres nothing wrong with the quadVCA, but sometimes for patching cable ergonomics, having 2 seperate 2-channel vca's spread out over your system, can be better than having one quad vca, because with a quad vca your cables all need to coalesce on that one module. Just something for people to think about, don't sleep on the usefulness of a dual VCA, and how you can spread multiple of them around your rack, you can have clusters of pairs, it might keep cable organization cleaner.

The layout and labeling of all your modules are so clean, I wish other developers would think as much about user interaction as well as sound quallity. Great new module, but I also realize you can never have enough rack space, and I ran all out...

Just received this baby and oh man, it is blissful! Bought the original Atlantis when it was in production too. This one is yet again a very inspiring machine. Thank you Intellijel for making such great products

Thanks Intellijel, your modules have always been a joy to use and given me lots of inspiration. Got an Atlantix on the way and cannot wait to unbox it and make the most acidic acid I possibly can.

Took me a bit to see where/what vco B was routed and wave form selection. But I got it now with the toggles on the aux input jacks. You guys!

LETS GOOOOOO!!! I've been waiting for Atlantis' spiritual successor for a hot minute! The eurorack world needs to change its opinion on racking semis; they make your workflow SO much easier. More sound, less patching, but the patching possibilities are all still there!

Hello, Which case is used when the Atlantix is "standalone" with the Atlx expander ? Is it the Metropolix solo kit ?

Beautiful! I love the elegantly small, yet expansively featured in terms of "bells and whistles" of the Erica Pico III (essentially a Buchla Music Easel in 42 hp), but viewed the earlier Atlantis as prohibitively wide. Now with this second gen Roland SH with FM variant (Atlantix), Intelligel seems a better full voice pairing with Pico III. And it looks also as if Dixon is trying to compete directly with Erica Synths in emulating Music Easel. Add programmability (vs. Pico's more true-to-Buchla card memory), and that's what I call a voice! Pico III will still win hands-down in terms of patching as well as purity of analog signal path, but whoosh! - do I still care so much about having to go a little bit hybrid in order to squeeze full voices into a Eurorack?
